Job Summary

Lead the analysis, insight, modelling and reporting of assigned projects and ongoing operations. Monitor ongoing performance and enable/give direction to corrective action/optimize ongoing business performance.

The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to

• Model and provide previous and current information to assist and enable department with reviewing performance
• Develop and Implement a scorecard for measuring the logistics performance of our operations and suppliers
• Provide analytical support to Logistics team for brand forecast review and performance improvements
• Actively challenge data when required
• Provide insight and analysis as to cause and effect
• Drive development of and improvements in current reporting processes
• Analyse and provide recommendations on how customer experience can be enhanced
• Develop and maintain a suite of accurate reports which covers both internal and external requirements
• Undertake focused analysis on specific projects
• Illustrate results, trends or conditions which impact performance

Knowledge

Degree and a recognized qualification

Experience

• High performing analyst with minimum 5 years’ experience of building, managing and reporting out of relational databases
• Logistics and Supply Chain experience is a must
• Minimum 2 years in a lead role is expected

Skills

• Highly PC literate and advanced in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Able to provide insight and analysis from large amounts of data
• Able to work across multiple data sources to provide 1 coherent version of the truth
• Excellent communicator across verbal and written platform
• Ability to influence through analysis. senior analyst.
