When you think of food delivery in the MENA region, we’d be pretty surprised if talabat didn’t pop into your mind first! Since delivering our first order in Kuwait in 2004, we’ve grown quite a lot over the past 17 years.

Role Summary
As a coordinator for the Managing Director department, you will undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that the office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. The goal is to ensure that the MD office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organisation.
What’s On Your Plate?
Analyse and coordinate daily department activities to achieve established OKRs
Maintain department calendar and ensure to meet deadlines
Prepare meeting agenda, schedule department meetings and distribute minutes
Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Coordinate and organize department related special events
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
Assist in project management and business development
Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
Maintain all department information confidential and secure
Respond to work requests from department staff in timely and accurate manner
Assist the department staff in preparing and maintaining meeting materials, business presentations and other department files
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Perform data collection, analysis and reporting to Managing Director for decision making purposes
Draft letters, correspondence, memos, charts, documents, tables, graphs, and plans as requested
Maintain positive working relationships with department staffs and internal stakeholders
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Managing Director
