When you think of food delivery in the MENA region, we’d be pretty surprised if talabat didn’t pop into your mind first! Since delivering our first order in Kuwait in 2004, we’ve grown quite a lot over the past 17 years.
Today, we deliver hundreds of millions of food orders, grocery items and other products per year, to our customers in nine countries throughout the region with more than 3,000+ employees! Role Summary: The talabat Talent team is looking to further strengthen its force with a dynamic, fast thinking and creative Talent Acquisition Associate to join our awesome team. The successful individual will play an integral role in scaling our teams as part of talabat’s 2022 growth strategy.
What’s On Your Plate?
You will support in managing, planning and coordinating interviews with multiple stakeholders throughout our functions teams including the talabat Executive team
Build strong relationships with our team of Executive assistants to ensure we stay up to date with the Exec team schedules
You will support the team with sourcing and identifying the best talent and providing market insights.
Creating market maps for critical roles across the business
Building out tools and templates that contribute to an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
Managing workday to ensure all applications and offers are updated on behalf of the TA team.
Be the main POC for Executive level candidates
You will have the opportunity to work in TA Projects/Initiatives that elevate the TA department
What Did We Order?
You have experience with scheduling and/or managing administrational tasks
You should have great communication skills – you listen with the intent to understand and are able to bridge gaps in knowledge
You are good with people and managing relations with stakeholders
You are goal-oriented: you can work autonomously and with your team to meet the needs of your stakeholders, team, and talabat
You have experience working with an ATS (we use Workday)
You have experience in completing multiple projects with various competing deadlines, with great attention to detail
