Mission:
As a member of our newly formed trading team sitting in Dubai, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing trading strategies.
What you might be doing:
- Price and trade crypto across OTC and exchanges.
- Collaborate with investment and engineering teams to develop and execute trading strategies.
- Risk manages a complicated and diverse portfolio of positions in crypto and crypto derivatives.
- Make real-time trading decisions based on systematic signals.
- Improve current trading strategies and identify new market opportunities with pre and post trade analysis
- Maintain relationships with a broad set of liquidity takers and makers.
- Continually seeks to improve the trading desk’s systems, procedures and investment processes.
- Track the latest developments in terms of DeFi: read whitepapers, test new platforms, and analyze data.
What you might bring:
- Bachelors or higher degree in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, engineering, or other related discipline.
- 3+ years of active trading experience, preferably in primarily crypto with broader experience in a variety of asset classes such as FX, fixed income, and derivatives.
- Passionate about crypto and the defi space
- Ability to make informed decisions in a fast paced trading environment
- Strong understanding of trading digital assets on both centralized and decentralized exchanges
- Clear understanding of risk management and ability to apply this knowledge on a daily basis
- Familiarity with crypto institutional landscape is a plus
