– Surveys venue and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with standards.- Performs maintenance work of electrical systems such as replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.- Assists in fixing of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when required.- Maintains heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.- Performs regular maintenance of pools: brushing, vacuuming, water testing, pumps & filters etc.- Performs general upkeep maintenance tasks and manual repairs: painting & carpentry, lock systems, landscaping.- Inspect alarm systems (fire & gas protection)- Fixes machine breakdowns as they occur, and as requested of him by his immediate supervisor.- Preserves the good condition and functionality of premises.
