Create, manage and reconcile the event budget. 2. Coordinate all departments working on a specific project to work towards event milestones, deadlines and agreed outcomes. 3. Act as main point of contact for artist management and/or clients for specific events. 4. Oversee event content creation and all required deliverables. 5. Manage venue beautification and wayfinding requirements. 6. In conjunction with HR, manage event human resource requirements. 7. Obtain approvals from artist/client on marketing and/or other relevant items. 8. Support the New Business team in developing new pitch proposals. 9. Manage and mitigating project-related risks. 10. Assist the project manager in executing large-scale events. 11. Approve and oversee purchase requisitions in the ERP system.
