Interior Designer

Roles & Responsibilities
– Meticulously support throughout the design process which may include 3d concept design, design plans, elevations and details, reflected ceiling plans, furniture layouts, finish plans, color plans, schematic design and schedules.
– Produce brand appropriate design presentations
– Utilize your experience with all phases of Interior Design, specifically within FF&E, from Concept Design through Construction Administration to realize a successful design concept
– Produce mood, material and design presentations with mínimal supervision
– Produce furniture plans, specifications, material selections with mínimal supervision
– Utilize knowledge of furniture and technology, custom furniture and lighting solutions, finishes, materials, color selections, and ID specifications
– Independently create material palettes and inspiration image boards
– Realistic High Resolution 3D Renders reflecting the concept design of the desired space along with finishing materials, furniture and lighting.
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DMax, Sketchup and Photoshop and other related space planning/rendering programs preferred.
– 3-5 years interior design experience, including FF&E and Hospitality projects Interior Design.
