Responsibilities:
Manage / Appoint / Re-Engineering existing distributor network within territory
Manage team of DSRs / supervisors and sales personnel as sales leader
Manage ROIs for the business with the distributors, regularly present and discuss business priorities with stakeholders and develop territory level operations strategies for business growth and effectiveness
Build a high performance team by hiring and retaining the right talent, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork
Enforce and act as custodian of company SOPs related to chillers / new outlet inductions / damages / schemes
Be the eyes and ears of the company for market dynamics and competition.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelors
At least 1 year of sales experience with a FMCG company
