Status Property is looking to hire a Real Estate Administrator with minimum 2 years’ experience in the same position.

Full Job Description:

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledgeable in Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Trakheesi portals.
• Knowledgeable in preparing Contract A, B, and F
• Coordinates with Developers to process No Objection Letters.
• Knowledgeable in preparing an MOU, Tenancy Contracts, and the likes.
• Experience in Listing thru property portals like Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
• Knowledgeable on generating electronic advertisement permits.
• Strong ability to take charge of the daily office administrative duties.
• Coordinate with sales and leasing team.

Requirements:

• Experience in Real Estate is a must.
• Expert with all MS Office applications.
• Excellent marketing research skills.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Attractive, presentable, and confident speaker.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month
