Startups Hiring for Executive Administrative Assistant Job at Riyadh Full Time
Who We Are Answer phone lines, screen and transfer calls Greet visitors and manage security registration procedures Maintain appearance of lobby, conference rooms, and break rooms Order and maintain office and break room supplies Facilities administration, including contacting building management regarding temperature and maintenance requests and setting up workspace for new hires General administrative support for office services, including shipping and package handling Support as needed for project-based work and events Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner Help in the prioritization of meetings, travel, and deliverables Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings Make travel and accommodation arrangements Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports Coordinate with the Chief of Staff and US based EA to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner Excellent verbal and written communications skills Superb collaboration ability Proactive and resourceful Excellent GSuite and MSOffice knowledge Outstanding organizational and time management skills Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role Proficiency in Arabic and English Flexibility to work with global distributed team Thrive on uncertain and high growth environment Located in Riyadh, KSA 500 Startups collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
