The Receptionist cum admin will responsible for:

  • Answering and routing phone calls to the Agents
  • Welcoming and Greeting Visitors
  • Maintaining the Front Desk Office Operation
  • Maintain the documentation and filing system of organisation
  • Helping with projects
  • Portal Assistance

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
