The Human Resources Executive manages and directs all human resources (HR) tasks for an organization or company. These executives sit at the top of the HR department and take the lead when it comes to all human resources matters and functions. HR Executives must educate, train, monitor, problem-resolve and ensure company HR policy is followed amongst all employees, managers and executives.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide administrative support to Human Resources Division
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education
BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
Language
English – Mandatory
Arabic – Beginner / intermediate
Job Experience
Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
Technology
Basic MS office, Excel skills and PPT
Others
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills
