Job Description
- Develop detailed programme of work, S-curve, cash flow and manpower & equipment histogram using Primavera P6 Software.
- Develop Progress Measurement system (PMS) for the Project as per project specifications and contract requirements
- Project management/control services at EPC phases.
- Project Cost control services at EPC phases.
- Prepare and submit Weekly and Monthly progress report to KOC, which shall include, as a minimum, the following:
- Lead/Support Project Document Control activities as per Project control plans/ execution strategies/ schedule.
- Lead/support for execution of Project HSE Studies and close-out of recommendations (HAZID, QRA-BRA, FERA, EERA, SIMOPS, F&G Mapping, HAZOP, SIL, PHSER, PSSR, etc.)
- Support design & engineering activities of all disciplines between KOC/SPETCO/PEC/Package vendors/ O&M
- Daily KPI checks as per Project plans/schedules and follow-ups with concerned parties and develop recovery plans, as required.
- Plan and coordinate- Site activities such as Mechanical Completion checks, ITR checks, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, PGTR, etc.
- Support MR/TBE and coordination with supply chain for Mechanical/Piping/Structural items, construction Subcontracting, etc.
- Participate/Coordinate progress review meetings (as required) and highlight/resolve issues and follow-up mitigation/recovery plans.
Skills
P6 ProfessionalMinimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Project or Major EPC project.Engineering Degree- Civil/ Mechanical / Chemical/ Electrical
