Job Requirements:
• 3-5 years of work experience in a similar capacity
• Respond to support calls in a timely manner
• Follow up on tickets on a daily basis
• Close tickets when the issue is resolved and the client has confirmed, with complete and accurate documentation
• Escalate tickets to higher-level support and continue to follow up until client issue is resolved
• Perform routine maintenance on client site databases and applications
• Maintain and provide high-level customer service
• Diagnose software/operator problems and recommend solutions
• Guide and train customers in the using software applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
• Collaborate with the Sales team by acting as a technical expert during customer interactions, requirement gathering, and other pre-sales activities
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Proficient knowledge in Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2012/2008/2003/NT/XP configuration options, and troubleshooting
• Proficient knowledge in Connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
• Proficient Knowledge of Active Directory/DNS/DHCP
• Remote installations of the software
• Ability to learn and master specific application software
• Excellent ability to diagnose & address application issues
• SQL server installation, configuration, and abilities to write queries
• Experience supporting Practice management software
• EHR/EMR or similar healthcare software solutions
