Are you passionate about construction projects and skilled in managing costs effectively? We are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to their successful delivery.

*Responsibilities:*
– Conduct cost estimation, cost planning, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
– Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
– Evaluate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
– Monitor project progress and provide financial reports to stakeholders.
– Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and specifications.
– Prepare the interim payment for the projects.
– Prepare the clame and variation orders for the projects.

*Requirements:*
– Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
-Proven experience in the FIDIC Contracts and The Oman Standard Conditions of Contract 2019 (OSCC 2019)
– Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
– Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CostX, AutoCAD, MS Excel, PlanSwift).
