Uneek Clothing is B2B clothing wholesaler and manufacturer in the UK & EU; for more than 20 years Uneek has been one the leading names within the industry. The customer support representative is a dual role requiring good customer skills as well as IT skills to assist customers inquiries and complex issues. Dealing with customers and internal inquiries from multiple channels including email, internal systems and on the phone.
Excellent spoken & written skills in English are essential for this role as you will be dealing with customers/partners based in the UK.
Job role
Your role as a customer support will be to assist customers via email and on the phone as well as the internal systems. You will also be expected call businesses to inform them regarding issues or queries they have. We expect the potential candidate to have the following skills:

Responsibilities
· Assisting customers via email or phone.
· Handling queries via emails & internal systems.
· Outbound calls to customers for further information to queries & issues.
· Administrative tasks
· Complete all daily tasks in a timely and professional manner.
