The Job
-Perform all activities, as assigned by the Team Leader, Access Administration.
-Perform User Administration activities of Core Banking and other assigned applications of the bank.
-Attend to User Requests and ensure resolution of the requests, within agreed SLA.
-Provide User Management related support to users, in compliance with Core Banking User Access Policy.
-Diagnose and resolve user administration related incidents and difficulties faced.
-Ensure timely escalation of support issues, as required, to the reporting authority, as per defined procedures.
-Assist the Team Leader in new implementations, enhancements and upgrades of systems.
-Assist in preparing Standard Operating Procedures and Manuals for the supported systems.
-Liaise with the system owners for necessary changes to the systems.
-Assist with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory management.
-Expert in Identity and Access Management tools ( Sailpoint ,Oracle IAM ,onelogin, Okta etc)
-Act as Identity and Access Management Administrator and handle Access Management of all applications under the User Administration unit.
-Facilitate, follow up and obtain timely responses from the respective Department Heads/Branch Managers for periodic access reviews.
-Coordinate with the relevant departments for the creation and updating of the access matrix of various systems.
-Coordinate with the suppliers of various applications through IT Applications team for necessary support related to access administration.
-Coordinate with the Operational Risk dept., for pertinent guidance on any exceptions related to user access.
-Ensure necessary approvals are obtained from the respective stakeholders for all the activities related to user access.
-Provide timely support to branches after office hours/public holidays and attend office physically to perform such support.
-Follow the audit, compliance and procedural control measures set by the management.
-Contribute towards/ manage all process improvement/ quality enhancement initiatives within the unit.
-Maintain highest standards of confidentiality, professional conduct, ethics and integrity in the provision of services in the unit.
Ideal Candidate
-You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
-You have at least 4 year experience, ideally within Identity Access management an familiar with any of the following IAM tools ( Sailpoint ,Oracle IAM ,onelogin, Okta etc)
-You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
-You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
-You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
-You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
