Our client’s line of activities includes Trading, Agency Representation, Installation, and Commissioning of OTIS Elevators, Escalators, and Travelators that cover the whole spectrum of market requirements. The company also undertakes Maintenance contracts and Servicing.

The Job
Our client is looking for a Stores Executive to join the team.

Your responsibilities will include :

Ensuring effective and efficient warehouse and logistics operations.
Liaising with internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, and Quality), clients, and suppliers and ensuring a seamless supply of products to and from the warehouse.
Monitoring and allocating storage space.
Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders and ensuring that the products in each delivery match the packing list
Collaborating with our marketing department to develop a schedule for assembling and displaying manufacturer marketing pieces on the sales floor.

Ideal Candidate
Skills required:

You have at least 1 year of experience ideally as a Warehouse & Distribution within IT Infrastructure.
You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India, the Rest of Asia, and Southeast Asia.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
