The Job
Prospect and build a pipeline of landlords through calls, networking, and outreach
Conduct outbound calls and in-person meetings to secure new property signings
Present Keey’s property management services and negotiate agreements
Coordinate with tenants and guests for viewings and move-ins
Manage end-to-end property onboarding and documentation
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new listings and signed deals
Ideal Candidate
2–8 years’ experience in Dubai real estate (sales, leasing, tenant management)
Strong track record of prospecting and closing landlord agreements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic a plus)
Comfortable handling both outbound calls and in-person meetings
Proactive, driven, and goal-oriented with knowledge of Dubai’s property market
