Our client is a leading full-service advertising and publication agency in Qatar under the patronage of Sheikh Faisal Bin Ahmad Bin Ali Al Thani.

The Job
Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Show comprehensive understanding of the marketplace and agency clients
Grow existing client portfolio
Ensure agency financial targets are met
Lead and manage client communications
Lead agency team of account managers and executives
Provide account planning, management and forecasting
Ensure quality of agency services to clients
Ensure quality control of client deliverables
Manage and handle client briefs, projects and requests
Prepare creative briefs for the creative department
Oversee project briefings and client approval
Ability to develop and review content and creative to ensure meets client brief
Oversee all required production stages related to client requests
Control and management of billings and third party costs
Maintain high-level business and client contacts
Provide strategic support to clients

Ideal Candidate
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Marketing or related studies
10-plus years international agency experience
Experience in the Middle East, preferably Qatar
A high level of senior advertising agency experience
Proven leadership capabilities
Strong creative, communication and computer skills.
Strong analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of latest marketing and communication techniques and trends
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Proven organizational and time-management abilities
Understanding of budgets
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines
Self-motivated, with the ability to be part of, and lead, a team
Native English speaker, with ability to communicate fluently, verbally and written to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
Arabic language skills would be an advantage
Must have a driver’s license
