Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Real Estate Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Manage scheduling for meetings and property showings. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and property listings. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Perform basic data entry and maintain client databases. Support agents with administrative tasks as required. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in real estate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
