Your main function will be to sourcing CVS against requirements of different departments either through head hunting, Referrals, Industry network ,Job Portals and various other methods of Social net work as per company Policy.

1. Strong communication skills in English is must
2. Confident & with positive attitude towards work
3. Good computer skills / MS Word/Excel knowledge is a must
4. Knowledge of email etiquettes & comfortable with internet terminologies
5. Good telephonic conversation skill’s with neutral accent is must
6. Innovative & team player

Pls note those having more than 5 years + experience need not apply since it is a junior position in recruitment section ( Oil & Gas )
