We’re looking for a smart and dynamic lady to handle our front office and liaises with internal and external departments while being responsible for administrative duties.
Duties and responsibilities: –
· Welcome and greet visitors.
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
· Distribute and draft emails, letters, memo etc.
· Act as a first point of contact for visitors.
· Ensure reception area presentable with all necessary stationery and material.
· Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
· Document controlling if required.
· Assist members and visitors with any inquiries in a polite manner.
· Perform other general admin tasks assign to you.
· Prepare LPO, Invoice and vouchers.
· Staff documents filing of the soft and hard copies.
· Assisting HR department.
Qualification: –
· Any degree or equivalent
· Proficient in English, writing and speaking.
· Strong computer literacy Excel, MS Office, Outlook, internet etc.
· Relevant experience required in handling customers in international market.
· Telephone Skills
· Professionalism
· Organization Skill
· About to work independently without supervision.
