Post-Graduation in HR
Oracle Fusion (HR, Payroll & Financials)
3 xe2x80x93 5 years of experience in a similar role
Key Accountabilities: –
Timely process of Monthly Payroll and submission of the Reports to corporate Payroll Team as per the deadlines
Ensure the accurate creation, updation and maintenance of employee various Allowance and deductions in Oracle Payroll System
Upon receipt of relevant documents and approval s, ensure timely updation of other Allowance, medical, Visa, Air Ticket reimbursements
Process the employee benefits pertaining to Rental Assistance, leave salary, Settling Allowances advances, variable pay and miscellaneous payments as per eligibility and in line with group policy and Management Approval
Update all type of leave records in Oracle HRMS,
Preparation of invoices, prepayments in Oracle Financials and timely Payment of Leave Salary Settlement to the staff.
Address employee payroll related queries in a timely manner
Creation of C3 account for Staff by preparing and uploading the employee data in C3 Portal
Computation of Staff Overtime and process the same in monthly Payroll
Computation of Staff monthly, Quarterly and Annual Incentive as per various incentive policies and payment of the same to the staff through monthly Payroll
Preparation and payment of Full and Final Settlement to all exited employees upon the receipt of Resignation intimation and No Dues confirmation from HR
Preparation and accounting of Gratuity, Leave Salary, Air Ticket Provisions in Oracle ERP
Generation and distribution of e-Pay slip
Coordinating with Banks & Financial Departments for Staff Payroll related Issues
Generation of GL for various payroll related Account heads, Reconciling and Pass rectification/necessary GV entries in Oracle Financials if require
Preparation and submission of Dashboards, various MIS and ad hoc reports to Management & Operations
Analysis of Staff budget with actual, salary trend, Salary Expense with Sale etc.
Processing and payment of Local Staffs Pension funds to UAE Pension Authority
Generation and monitoring of Staff TAMS monthly attendance reports
Analysis and verification of Staff Attendance based on the Biometric punching report and update the payroll database
Complete employee database management on My Landmark for Footwear.
Ensure the integrity of database by performing weekly & monthly audits and general maintenance.
