Job Summary: As a Business Process Specialist, you will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to drive efficiency and quality assurance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand process objectives, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and propose optimized solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
A- Process Analysis and Design:
Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand process objectives.
Utilize process mapping and modeling techniques to document as-is and to-be processes.
B- Quality Assurance (ISO) Compliance:
Ensure that business processes align with relevant ISO standards and compliance requirements.
Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to established quality assurance processes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement corrective actions as needed.
C- Process Optimization:
Design and propose optimized business processes that align with organizational objectives.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Process Specialist with a focus on Quality Assurance and ISO standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools.
Experience with ISO 9001 or relevant quality management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of relevant software and technologies (VISIO, Oracle).
