We have a great opportunity for a Supervisor to join the team in our All Day Dining restaurant, Afya. The successful applicant will play an important role in assisting the Service Manager to deliver consistent and quality service to our guests. Our Service Leader will be looked to to inspire his colleagues every day to ensure that the quality of service for which Traders Hotel is known and loved is upheld.

What will you do?
Interact with clients and understand their needs.
Fulfil guest orders in an effective and organised manner.
Work with restaurant colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
Communicate effectively the requests of the guest with both kitchen and Service Associates.
Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
