Job Summary
The Restaurant Hostess position in Shangri-la Barr Al Jissah is more than the regular duties of greeting and seating the guests, but dazzling and dalighting the guests by creating memorabale dining experience in the Food & Beverage outlet by living the Shangri-la Standards.
As Hostess, we rely on you to
- Constantly enage with guests.
- Taking guest prefernces and sharing the same with the Manager.
- Welcoming the guests by their names and ensuruing they are well taken care during their dining.
- Take Restaurant reservations and coordinate with the service team.
- Greets, seats and escort the guests to the table.
- Tracking the birthdays and anniversaries of the Resident guests.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Enjoys delivering high quality guest service with a welcoming manner
- Loves interacting with guests and customers
- Communicates with fluency in English
- Preferably has working experience in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel.
