Let’s give you a quick sneak peek into the life of a Trade Marketing Executive

As a Trade Marketing Executive, you will develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies to promote our products within the retail and distribution channels. You will effectively enhance brand visibility & contractual compliances, drive growth and increase sales through collaboration with sales team, retailers and distributors.

Things you will be doing as a Trade Marketing Executive

• Lead, plan and evaluate all merchandising and trade activations related tasks within assigned region(s)
• Track merchandising KPIs on daily basis, highlight critical improvement areas with relevant teams
• Share performance summary in weekly and monthly JCs
• Track contractual compliance levels via merchandising report. Identify opportunity areas and action plans for achieving desired compliance levels
• Track and identify inefficiencies in merchandising program at shop selection and PJP level. Identify non-cooperative outlets over a period and suggest replacement plan to RSMs
• Execute Instore display POSM/Branding and planogramming compliance as per the plan shared by the Trade Marketing team
• Ensure proper record keeping/tracking of all POSM and Trade assets
• Assist field sales team with channel program outlet selection and contract signups
• Finalize the performance results and store wise incentive calculation and share with channel manager and regional teams
• Generate growth through establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Track and execute retail and WS Drives activity
• Conduct outlet verification of proposed channel program outlet (Perfect Store/Display drives). Lead and verify execution compliance post contract signup
• Timely update on the counterfeit and competition activities and market related details.
