– Should have experience in tender/bid process
o Coordinate the tender process within the tender team, set deadlines and responsibilities
o Communicate with international clients on the tender process
o Communicate internally, prepare for and conduct internal meetings for each bid
o Reviewing contractual terms and conditions
o Maintaining the administration of the tenders
o Prepare bid bonds if required
o Review and format draft bids in order to comply with tender’s guidelines and purchaser requirements
o Obtain feedback from purchasers when tenders are unsuccessful
o Strive to continuously improve the tender process
– Assistance to the Managing Partner of the company with day-to-day office activities.
We are looking for someone with a valid visa (either a transferable visa or husband/parents sponsorship) who can join immediately. Salary is negotiable and can be discussed at the time of interview.
