Job Description
· Help building the SEW brand and value proposition in the countries of the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council).
· Preparation of quotations under the supervision of the Sales Engineers
· Follow-up and revision of quotations with customers
· Update the summary reports
· Pro-active support to the sales team
- Identification and encashment of replacement business of existing SEW / competitor drives
- Identification and encashment of new projects
- Customer relationship management
- Extension of the existing customer base
· Support for Vendor Registration, collection of receivables and statutory forms
Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience as sales support in an industrial Company selling similar productsBasic Mechanical or Electrical knowledge – Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical would be beneficialProduct knowledge, especially Geared Motors / Industrial Gearbox affinity would be beneficialFluent in English and Arabic (preferred). Good communication skills.Quality and accuracy of information, at workResult oriented, able to prioritize tasks, quick and efficient, able to multi-taskFlexibility to work outside the regular working hours – if requiredGood knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)Use of a known ERP / CRM would be beneficial
