Seven Oaks International Hiring for Sales Coordinator at Dubai, United Arab Emirates Full Time

Seven Oaks International, part of Mazrui International is looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The successful candidate will interact by phone or emails with outside parties to solicit orders for goods or services, request payments, make appointments for delivery, collect information or conduct follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Receiving customer POs through email, downloading orders from online portals.
• Printing customer POs, entering orders in system and in 3rd party logistics portal for delivery.
• Scheduling delivery for the drivers/merchandisers.
• Allocating stock based on availability and customer fulfilment date.
• Generating Invoice for each customer order.
• Monitoring and following up with drivers/merchandisers to ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Dealing with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail and forward them to correct person in charge.
• Assisting Distribution department by updating and registering products to Dubai Municipality.
• Releasing cheques to the suppliers.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office.
• Providing reports as required by the managements.

Qualifications

• Experience : At least 3–4-year customer service experience in FMCG, similar work experience in a retail industry.
• Academic Qualifications : Bachelor‘s degree in any disciplines
• Ability to communicate in English to a high level, Arabic is an advantage.
• Good knowledge on MS Office tools i.e. excel & outlook.
• Familiarity with Oracle and/or CRM systems and practices and relevant computer applications.
• Knowledge of call centre telephony and technology.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
