Serco Middle East is looking to hire Senior HSEQ Professionals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. KSA is a key focus for Serco Middle East and our goals are aligned to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for setting the standards to assess compliance against the Quality Management Plan in the Projects and assuring that these standards are met. This includes validation through audit, reviews, monitoring of agreed KPIs and effective action management and follow up.
The hiring for this position is subject to contract award.
Key accountabilities
The Quality Assurance Manager will primarily be responsible for maintaining the Projects Quality, assess the contractor implementation of Schedule Q quality requirements, drive continual improvement initiatives and facilitate Root Cause Analysis. The incumbent will assure that Contractor has a robust Quality Management System (QMS), approve Contractor Quality Plan, Audit Plan, and special procedures, overview the PMC audit plan and prepare & publish monthly PQI across projects.
What we are looking for in our candidates:
We are looking for an individual who has solid leadership skills and has good knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 Standard, possess awareness of project quality management systems. The ideal candidate should be able to market the benefits of quality to all stakeholders and ensure compliance with the Serco Management System and all relevant business processes, procedures and work instructions to deliver all work with appropriate quality and governance standards.
Specific requirements
- Degree / Diploma qualified in an engineering subject
- ISO 9001 Certified Lead Auditor (IRCA approved)
- Six sigma – black belt certification is a preference
- PMI – RMP certification is a preference
