Responsible for overall operational activities of CMC Ensure zero failures in following up of operational SOPs of CMC Ensure regular interaction with clients and maintain the record of complaints with remedial actions 24/7 monitoring & responding for all the alerts through CSOs Timely Telephone Technical Support & Security briefings Call recording and maintain customer record folders digitally Maintain Daily log of actions which take place in Control Room Assign duties for Control Room Operates and supervisors Make sure all data entered in database is accurate and maintain strong check & balance on data entry Correspond with customer, provide them best services, and resolve problems when required
Technical Operations Make sure inventory is properly available in all stations with coordination to inventory in charge Coordinate with other departments to make sure operations run smooth Responsible for smooth installations, removals and redos Responsible to cut down NR
Financial Efficiency:
Timely making of Batch Files and sending to the clients for invoicing Assist the Company head and Accounts for receivables of the Company on monthly basis in the region.
Control Risk Mitigation Monitor and ensure all HSEC policies are followed in true letter and spirit Highlight immediate issues faced by CMC to the Company Head Implementation of SOPs and KPIs as set by the Management. Upgrading SOP as per need in collaboration with head of Company. Responsible for all levels of Quality Control/Quality Assurance
Recovery Instruct and guide recovery team. Personally take care of any snatched /theft case (code red)
