Play an integral role in assisting the marketing team in providing the necessary intelligence to build and assess the marketing strategy. Lead the digital marketing initiatives across the GCC in line with the company’s objectives, standards, and guidelines. Lead the departments admin work and maintain up-to-date marketing trackers.
Digital:
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across the different digital media platforms
• Optimize digital campaigns to increase performance and positive results
• Optimize targeted audience as per campaigns’ requirements
• Refine targeting and re-targeting
• Analyze campaign results and create ROI report in collaboration with the marketing team Produce weekly and monthly social media reports highlighting the performance of each social media account and recommend the type of posts, posting times and frequency to improve engagement levels
• Update and manage the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for company websites and applications Marketing Research:
• Stay updated with the latest market & industry trends and communicating the updates with the relevant parties
• Conducting quarterly competitive research to maintain and up-to-date competitive database, that includes but limited to: menu updates, price changes, events and openings
• Support the Finance Team in conducting Market Research and Feasibility Studies.
Analysis:
• Analyze marketing activities, their effect on sales and present ROI & findings
• Monitor and analyze customer behaviors and trends and produce related daily/weekly/monthly reports or as required to support the planning and execution of marketing activities
• Monitor and analyze the awareness of company brands and products and produce related reports as required with benchmarking the industry and competition
• Produce monthly marketing report highlighting campaigns, events and activities their cost, impact and ROI
• Create pre-campaign/event/activity report with expectations & budget and post reports with results and actual costs
• Liaise with Finance Team on pre and post ROI analysis and budgeting of planned marketing activities as well as the implementation of company’s practices and SOPs.
Admin:
• Maintain the marketing team task tracker updates
• Update the marketing expenses tracker with all marketing related expenses and produce monthly, quarterly and annual report with spending vs budget
• Take the lead on updating & following up on major projects action plans
• Use of company’s software, platforms and systems, where applicable, for data entry, monitoring performance and analysis, executing marketing activities (incl. campaigns and automations), and generating manual and automated reporting and analysis.
• Liaise with vendors or service provider and support the design, development and implementation of company websites and applications.
• Coordinate between operations, customer experience, contact center and marketing teams for marketing activities updates, feedbacks, analysis, and reports as well as presenting related findings on regular basis.
Experience Required
2 to 3 years marketing experience in F&B or related field

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Mass Communication or related field
