Achieving sales targets as laid down by management & responsible for Center operations to deliver in the center, institutional and corporate programs along with Center Manager. Daily updation of previous day’s sale in the Sales report and sending report to the Management and Accounts Dept Regular updation of registered students in an upcoming batch report to keep track of the number of students in batch Training new counselors on the Score plus product range Updation of Caller Report & prospect & enrollment Report daily Create Sales and Marketing plan with the Center Manager and work to expand existing sales by creating and pursuing new opportunities with schools and organizations. Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, colleges, and institutions within the territory Work with Center Manager to visits schools and universities for marketing Score Plus products and arrange Seminars or have institutional tie-ups. Collect the database of students from these Seminars Follow-up on old inquiries and update them with new upcoming batches and counsel the students based on their requirement Control costs within your city whenever possible and proactively look for reduction of costs when revenue is falling short of budget In addition to full-time staff, oversee part-time teacher recruiting, hiring, and training processes, to ensure appropriate resources exist to adequately staff our programs with high-quality instructors Monitor teacher and tutor performance based on course evaluations and post actual test feedback, and take appropriate action to deal with teachers not meeting the standard Ensure the voice of the customer is heard within the office; identify areas for improvements in service, staffing, and operations that will increase customer satisfaction. Ensure calls are made to students before the batch start date, ensure full money is collected before batch start and issue books. Organize at least 2 Strategy Sessions per product every month with the help of the Center Manager. Attend weekly meetings with Agenda sent to Management. Oversee all office administrative functions including purchasing of supplies, postage and shipping, office cleaning, office security, repairs, utilities, a/c, etc Participating in educational fairs & exhibitions Other tasks as given by the Management Job Type: Full-time COVID-19 considerations:
