Processing incoming chats from international customers.

Requirements:

• Candidates with 1 year of relevant experience in the domain of inbound customer services
• Minimum Bachelors Degree
• Perfect command of English language (Verbal & Written both)
• Good Typing speed (40 WPM)
• Hands on experience of CRM/Livechat systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• 24/7 availability, can work in monthly rotational shifts
