Jobs at this level are responsible for managing relationships with key accounts, coordinating with various departments to resolve escalated customer issues related to STC’s products/sales. They are also responsible for managing the sales executives in resolving sales enquiries/complaints, in line with predefined key account management principles.
Maters or Bachelor degree in Business Administrations / MIS / Marketing.
2-4 years of experience in managing key account sales.
