The role holder is responsible for supervising Proactive Retention activities for Fixed & Mobile for STC’s Consumer Sector. Responsibility will involve targeting high churn risk customers through BTL with support of Analytical Models and Business Intelligence.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Public Relations/Digital Marketing
Minimum of 4 years experience working in the Marketing & Retention
