The role holder is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and performance of passenger train fleets. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of passenger train operations by providing engineering expertise and fleet management.

Department: Passenger-Rolling Stock Maintenance.

Location: Riyadh-Thomama Workshop.

Responsible for:

• Lead and manage the maintenance and repair activities for passenger train fleets, including locomotives and passenger cars.
• Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure optimal fleet performance.
• Provide technical expertise in rolling stock engineering, including systems analysis, diagnostics, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address complex technical issues.
• Plan and schedule maintenance tasks, inspections, and overhauls to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
• Ensure maintenance activities are adhered to established standards and timelines.
• Establish quality control processes and standards for maintenance and repair work.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure work quality and compliance.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities prioritize passenger safety and comply with safety regulations.
• Investigate and address safety incidents and non-compliance issues.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance data, including reliability, availability, and safety metrics

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IndustrialMechanical Engineering.
• Years of experience: Minimum 1 Year.
• Safety certificates (such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent) are preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and ensure compliance.
