MUST HAVE 4-5 YEARS OF EPC PLANNING EXPERIENCE

Project scheduling: Create and manage integrated baseline schedules for the engineering, procurement, and construction phases using tools like Primavera P6.
Progress monitoring: Track project progress against the schedule, analyze performance, and generate progress reports. Must have thorough understanding of standard manhours.
EPC: Measurement of Progress for Engineering, Procurement and Construction phases
Coordination: Liaise with and coordinate across different departments, including engineering, procurement, construction, and management.
Reporting and analysis: Prepare look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and performance reports. They also perform risk analysis and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Resource management: Identify and monitor the requirements for manpower, materials, and equipment based on the project plan.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Project management software: Proficiency in tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is essential.
Scheduling techniques: Knowledge of the Critical Path Method (CPM) and float analysis is crucial for identifying project bottlenecks.
Earned Value Management (EVM): The ability to use EVM to track project performance against planned and actual costs.
Construction workflows: A solid understanding of construction workflows and sequencing is necessary to create realistic schedule
