SAP iXP Intern – Executive Communications & Writing

What you’ll do

The Executive Communications and Writing intern will support the Head of the Global Industry and Value Advisory team on executive communications. Our team is looking for a strong communicator and excellent writer who is fluent in written and verbal English. The intern must be able to work from the SAP Office in Dubai and be comfortable in executive engagements. There is an opportunity for this individual to work on program management, communication, content amplification, and social media. Curiosity and a passion for creativity are traits we highly value.

The intern is expected to support the team with various tasks. See examples of tasks, although not limited to:

• Write executive-level messaging with clarity
• Assist the Head of Global Industry and Value Advisory with written communications such as emails, blogs, social media posts, and presentations
• Support internal and external communication programs, e.g. videos, team calls, newsletters
• Support social media projects: drafting social posts, creating graphics, tracking engagement, etc.
• Attend meetings and help with action items/follow up.

What you bring

The successful candidate must have a breadth of experience in communications and a passion for connecting people with information in new and creative ways. You are an independent worker, but effective at collaborating with others and flexible to take on new and varied tasks.

Excellent communication skills including:

• Is good at managing projects with multiple stakeholders expecting progress updates
• Fluent in both oral and written English with excellent grammar
• Business writing skills
• Understands how to message across different lines of business and cultural boundaries
• Able to turn ideas and concepts into visually relevant and effective collateral
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills. Basic Excel skills
