RedFin Aquarium Design and Swimming Pool installers are a leading international aquarium design and construction specialist.

We are looking for an MEP installer/manager ovrsee and install the construction of large aquariums and swimming pools in UAE and across the GCC region. The lead installer will work under our off-site project management team and manage all on-site labour and installation.

We build aquariums which range in size from 2m x 2m x 1m, up to much larger commercial aquariums and private / commercial swimming pools. We are looking for a candidate who is keen to learn about all aspects of our unusual niche.

The candidate will need to be flexible and often ‘hands on’, sometimes working alone to install an aquarium or swimming pool and potentially managing teams of up to 20 people depending on the size of the job.

The MEP installer/manager will need to install and sometimes oversee all of the installation process which will mean they will need a understanding of the following areas:

Cranage and heavy lifting – The supervisor will need to oversee each aquarium being moved into its installation location.

Pipework, plumbing and HVAC – The aquariums/pools filtration systems are generally plumbed and commissioned on site.

Electrical – The aquarium/pool equipment and lighting system will need to be fully installed and commissioned on site.

Planning / Manpower Allocation – at times the installer may need to manage multiple simultaneous job sites and allocate resources accordingly.

Other requirements, candidate should:

• have good spoken and written English
• have 5+ years experience in job roles which deal with plumbing and electrical services
• be able to read, understand and follow technical drawings
• have experience managing a team
• be able to independently oversee a construction site
• ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at the site
• prepared to travel and work on projects outside of the UAE
• have a valid driving license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
