Band 5 (Non-senior): Illuminate your career with earnings ranging from £25,655 to £31,534 p/a, reflecting your experience and skills.

Band 6 (Senior): Radiate success with remuneration between £32,306 and £39,027 p/a, recognizing your advanced proficiency.

Band 7 (Managerial): Lead the way to excellence with a salary spanning £40,057 to £45,839 p/a, reflecting your leadership and expertise.

The above salary ranges are based on the NHS pay scales outside of London, inside of London, the NHS pays a “High-Cost Area Supplement” on top of the above salaries to reflect the higher cost of living in London. Also, private employers who we work with have different, but similar, salary brackets.
