To develop and implement of O&M for solar power plants both ground mount and roof top assets.

Planning and implementing innovative O&M process to optimize time and cost.

Alliance with all the OEMs to ensure the warranties are met and chalk out plans as per the tender requirements

Checks and balances in design to ensure O&M is not compromised

Budgeting of O&M cost. Monitoring and controlling of the expenses so that they are not going beyond estimates

Ensuring the targets of MTBF and MTTR are met and maintained. Setting up goals in terms of MTBF and MTTRs

Creating the team to maintain uptime of all installations and ensuring they deliver as per the norms

Networking with various market people and continuously optimize operating costs

Creation of network in terms of sub vendors for O&M technical and non -technical services under area of jurisdiction to take up O&M on our behalf after proper training

Creating a brand awareness and focusing on meeting customer requirements all the time
