Administrative Officer Responsibilities:
Handling Office Task, such us filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
General Compliance experience is very important.
Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments.
Ensuring confidentiality and security of files and filling systems
Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.
Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations and conduct research.
Maintain polite and professional communication via Phone, E-mails and mail .
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive Experience.
Administrative Officer Qualifications:
Associates Degree in related Field.
Prior Compliance Experience is a must.
Excellent Computer skills suck Microsoft Excel and Word.
Attention to Detail.
Desire to be Proactive and create a positive experience for others.
