• Maintain and ensure proper functioning of surveillance systems, keeping them fully operational and actively monitored.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to promptly address and resolve system issues.
• Supervise control room operations, ensuring all technical equipment is properly maintained and functional.
• Conduct daily inspections of surveillance devices to confirm correct operation and accurate data recording.
• Verify that cameras are properly connected and recognized within the respective software applications.
• Detect and fix any problems with surveillance equipment and systems.
• Apply necessary updates and adjustments to systems as needed.
• Install and manage surveillance software applications.
• Continuously monitor and maintain surveillance services and applications.
• Perform routine maintenance following the predefined maintenance schedule.
• Provide training and create documentation to support users in proper system operation.
• Proactively assess the reliability and performance of surveillance services.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure secure system connectivity and data protection.
• Install and verify functioning of client surveillance software.
• Prepare systems for emergency responses and ensure quick recovery from malfunctions.
• Handle repair requests for surveillance systems and offer after-hours support when necessary.

Requirements

• Native or fluent English speaker (B2 level or higher), excellent written and spoken communication.
• Educational background in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control Systems Engineering, or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of surveillance systems and their software solutions.
• Proven experience with complete installation and configuration of surveillance setups.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining surveillance equipment.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with video management software (VMS) or equivalent preferred.
• Understanding of various storage solutions (e.g., SAN, NAS, DAS) is beneficial.
• Basic network administration experience, including user and backup management.
• Knowledge of server and storage hardware brands (e.g., HP, Dell, EMC) is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of networking protocols, especially TCP/IP.
