Responsibilities:
Provide proactive relationship management to company brokers who introduce leads
from the market
Understand key business drivers to exceed and accelerate revenue growth, business profitability, and product penetration.
Actively business develop and attract new customers to the division via prospecting, networking, and leveraging referrals from existing customers, as well as internal and external networks.
Formulate, propose, and gain agreement to implement annual business plans to deliver target income. increase market share penetration and related targets.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with brokers to establish a network of potential partners.
This includes regular communication, meetings, and providing necessary support to brokers. expand the company& network and reach. Actively seek opportunities to collaborate and create strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
UAE Driving license.
Excellent communication and presentation skills both for internal/external customers
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
