Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Office Admin and Coordinator at Sage Education Services in Dubai. The Office Admin and Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The role will involve managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, handling phone calls and emails, and assisting with various office tasks.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
Previous experience in office administration or coordination is preferred
Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
