Job Description:

• Oversee academic and administrative operations ensuring they meet the standards and requirements of the American curriculum
• Manage school operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and facilities management
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and conducive learning environment
• Promote innovative teaching methodologies and the integration of technology to enhance learning experiences
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and accreditation standards

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field; a Doctorate is preferred
• Must have at least 10 years of experience in educational leadership roles, including as a Principal or similar position
• At least 5 years of experience in the GCC region within an American curriculum school is required
• Must have strong understanding of American educational standards and best practices
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
