An established consumer retail products provider in GCC.
Job Description:
Oversee the implementation and management of HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Implement employee engagement programs and lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction scores, working alongside Talent Management and Employee Engagement teams.
Administer payroll, manage attendance, and ensure accuracy in leave and payroll processing for all employees at the store level.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as HR in consumer retail industry
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field
Knowledge of grievances, payroll, employee engagement activities
Open to home country experience
